All shipping under $25 will be charged a flat fee of $4.95
All of our coffee is freshly roasted and shipped from our facility We ship Monday -Friday. After your order is small-batch custom roasted. Most orders ship within 1 business day. We ship all orders USPS, delivery time ranges from 1-5 days. We will notify you by email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
We reserve the right to combine shipping if and when possible.
We can virtually ship anywhere in the world. Each country has their own rules and regulations on coffee products. The customer (you) is responsible for knowing his/her regulations.
We guarantee all of the coffee we roast 100%. If you are not happy with your coffee selection, we will refund or replace it with another variety. Within 10 days of delivery.
Due to the perishable nature, coffee products can not be returned. Special edition coffees including (MOON SHOOTER), seasonal products, gift boxes snd custom products (including special request roasts and grinds) can not be returned.

We accept returns and exchanges on defective and used apparel, mugs, and coffee accessories. All merchandise (coffee excluded) needs to be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, replacement, or store credit. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees
No Refunds or exchanges on international items.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS:
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us right away firstname.lastname@example.org. Send us a photo of the damaged items and box or envelope. We will replace these items right away.
If your shipment is lost by the carrier (USPS) and shows non-delivered, we will replace the shipment at no price to the customer. NOTE: This guarantee does not apply to orders outside the USA.
